BAR BIG BAOBAB
Where: South Africa, an hour from Kruger Park
An unusual bar was opened in 1933 by local farmers and is located inside the trunk of a giant baobab, which is about 6000 years old. The height of the tree is 22 meters and the diameter is 47 meters. Inside the baobab bar can accommodate up to 15 guests at a time. Instead of windows and doors here are natural openings, hollows, and in one of the voids of the tree is a wine cellar. The bar is popular not only among tourists, but also among newlyweds who organize wedding ceremonies here. About 7 thousand tourists from different countries visit the bar annually.
