Located at the Regent Singapore, this bar really takes you to chic New York. The cocktail list is diverse and includes both local drinks and classics, including the undeservedly forgotten one. ATLAS (8th place)

The interior of this spectacular bar is inspired by the roaring 20s, and when you get here, you feel like in Europe in the Art Deco era.
