“Best Mediterranean Restaurant” – Souxou Mouxou Mantalakia
It serves pasta, steaks, seafood and chicken. Food lovers can start with red tuna tartare with seaweed. Then order the duck in honey sauce, which is served with new potatoes with paprika, grilled eggplant and mushroom puree. And for dessert, take the Millefeuille cake with cheese mousse and nuts with honey. Dishes are not only deliciously prepared, but also original served. Prices – from 12 euros per dish.

A traditional tavern (open since 1976) with an interior in the form of a ship deck. You can order both fish meze and some fish and seafood dishes. Excellent homemade wine. Tasty, sincere, family-like. Stunning views of the sea and the white church of St. Nicholas. Prices are slightly above average.

One of the best restaurants in the capital, offering a classic menu plus a rich selection of Cypriot and Greek wines. Try grilled cheese, stuffed mushrooms, octopus in wine and tender moussaka cooked by a chef. Tasty, juicy and inexpensive (20 euros per person).

Hotel’s Best Restaurant – Vivaldi
The Italian restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel has been awarded the best in the hotel for the eighth consecutive year. Vivaldi serves gourmet Mediterranean cuisine. Luxurious interior decoration and serving dishes, turned into a whole art, create a unique atmosphere of dinner, turning it into a holiday. The concept and menu of the restaurant were developed together with the famous Parisian chef of Cypriot origin Andreas Mavrommatis. The average bill is 65 euros per person.

Best Tavern – To Koultouriariko
The Ta Culturariarico tavern is located in the center of the small village of Gurri, which many people in Cyprus have no idea about. The atmosphere is pleasant, the decor is traditional for a Cypriot village house. It specializes in grilled dishes and a wide variety of vegetables for the season. Try souvlaki, pork in wine sauce, cephthal or meat balls with cinnamon. There are snails on the menu. Tasty snacks. If you are lucky, you will be treated to fragrant halva. The prices are reasonable. In summer it is better to reserve a place on the veranda (it is small, and therefore empty seats are rare there).
